L'avantage principale c'est qu'il cumule tous les temps de formation et assure les suivis, renouvellement et ou rafraichissement des formations. La plateforme simplifie grandement la gestion de la conformité et réduit les risques d’oubli.

> **Cons**: L’identification des utilisateurs repose principalement sur le numéro de téléphone et l’adresse courriel. Dans un contexte multi-entreprises ou multi-sites, cela peut entraîner des ambiguïtés ou des doublons.
Il serait pertinent d’ajouter un identifiant unique plus robuste ou une gestion améliorée des profils multi-organisation afin d’éviter toute confusion et faciliter l’administration.
