The biggest advantage is the ability to manage multiple projects within one integrated ERP system while maintaining a single source of truth (SSOT) for project data. The Estimate module is particularly powerful, offering detailed cost planning and a structured approach to managing cost elements. The cloud architecture also improves accessibility and collaboration across teams and locations.

> **Cons**: Some functionalities, especially around cost scheduling and cost structure management, can be quite complex and require a significant learning effort. Certain workflows are not always intuitive, and new users may need additional training to become productive. Depending on the licensing model and system configuration, performance can occasionally vary.

> Overall, my experience with RIB 4.0 over the past 1.5 years has been positive. I have primarily worked with the Estimate module but also gained exposure to other areas of the platform.
