Before the system, a lot of our processes were manual or relied too heavily on paper and spreadsheets. Picking would slow down during peak hours, small errors would turn into bigger problems, and it took too much time to track down inventory discrepancies. Since moving to this WMS, everything feels more controlled and organized.
Picking is much more efficient now. The directed pick paths save our team a lot of walking time, and the real-time inventory updates mean we’re not chasing product that isn’t actually there. Order accuracy has noticeably improved, and we’ve seen fewer returns due to picking mistakes.
