The user interface is clean and intuitive which makes it accessible even if you do not have a background in video editing. Everything from script input to scene building feels streamlined and easy to navigate. Another big advantage is how easy it is to scale content. You can quickly create multiple versions of videos for different audiences or languages which is a huge benefit for growing businesses. From a value for money perspective HeyGen can replace a lot of traditional video production costs which makes it a very cost effective solution. The built in writing workflow is also helpful for drafting and refining scripts directly inside the platform. On the security side it feels stable and suitable for professional use. Avatar Shots wasn't listed on the "home page" and I had to go to the chat help to find how to use the product. Then I was unable to "generate" my video as the system was requiring me to upgrade...I had already upgraded months ago. Then I had over 3,000 credits that I had purchased that they took away and implemented a policy that credits could not be carried over so I lost all but 600 credits. Now, they refuse to refund credits for video shots where words are mispronounced. At first I didn't mind upgrading because they were great to work with, but now it's all about how much money they can get from me. It's too bad because the product is good. > > Overall their service has gone from okay to good and now it's unacceptable. I don't even want to think about this but I may have to look for another AI video creation platform. Since this technology is still growing and changing, the backend of the company has to stay available for communication and the finance department has to remain open to reimbursing AI mistakes and errors.
