I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Kinnovis to think twice — especially if you value timely, structured, and professional project management. > > Our onboarding experience with Kinnovis has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional business interactions I’ve had. Despite paying the onboarding fee immediately, we faced repeated delays, chaotic communication, and constant out-of-office replies from different team members without prior notice. The data we provided was ignored or mishandled — including basic errors like auto-filling incorrect move-in dates and copy-pasting spreadsheet headers as client names. Issues we raised were often ignored, and integration steps they claimed weren’t done had in fact been completed weeks earlier. Over several weeks, we wasted time repeatedly updating data because Kinnovis failed to act on information we had already provided. When I requested a refund due to non-delivery of services, they refused and shifted the blame entirely to our side. P.s.
