Freedom is the word I would go for. Freedom with its API, appearance, branding the scheduling page, freedom to connect it with any tools, WA API, freedom to post feature requests. I like its UI and UX. It feels simple and non-overwhelming. I can’t even remotely guess what a con about Cal ID would be. For our use case of setting up demo bookings, it works for all our use cases, including integration with Make.com. I would have to see other people mention any cons about Cal ID so I can understand what could be a drawback from their perspective. From my experience, there are none so far. Although my team did mention that the email sent when a meeting is booked, something like the who, what, where, and when, wasn’t very readable.
