There can also be occasional delays when syncing data, especially if you’re working in areas with limited internet connectivity. (Our I-phone team members don't have this struggle.)

> **Pros**: I originally signed up thinking it was cost effective in addition to all the great promises made. They were willing to work effectively and proactively with me to get the system up and running.

> **Cons**: Everything, be aware the reason why they don't give you a trial account and let you try things; it is because the system doesn't work. Customer support will be gone, months will be spent just to set up a simple system if you are lucky. I am in my 7 months, and I still don't have my service forms up and running.

> The app is the least thing from professional. High promises will be given by their sales manager/staff but once you sign your contract you will be transferred over to some staff you never spoke before and will be stuck with everything.

I had a job at 3 o’clock in the morning and I called my representative and they got back with me right away and took care of what I needed that to me is amazing
