> **Pros**: My favorite feature is the ability to scale business using the software.  The features directly allow me to set permissions for users under me to enhance the quality of life for our new Agent Program.  This also includes great integrations for other helpful software in the industry.  Beyond all else, their responsiveness and customer service is truly bar-none.

-Automatic Carrier approval if approved by my standards in MCP/RMIS API to reduce the need for individual actions/manager approval if they've signed up and met our requirements

-Integration with MCP/RMIS that allows for carrier paperwork to be uploaded directly to the carrier profile

-Accounting: Currently, QF uploads carriers direct payment information into quickbooks.  It would save my Accounting department lots of time and energy if the factoring company that they've given the info for when signing up was shown instead.  This is standard with other TMS's as nearly all carriers utilize factoring companies

-More freedom in the load builder/less restriction (allowing the broker to mandate what's required)

-A better BOL that shows pertinent information more clearly.  For example, the reference number section on the BOL should be front and center rather than in small letters/numbers at the very top of the BOL

-Ability to update load status or upload POD directly from the load manager, so that I don't have to go into each load individually and to reduce loading time/clicks.  ie. Shipment created (needs booked), needs picked, picked, delivered, needs POD, etc. to streamline workflow.

-More toggle features.  A lot of ground rules \& updates in QF seem to be set in stone based on what one brokerage might want or need, leaving those who need something different with no solution.  Giving admin users the freedom to toggle permissions on a broader scale for a variety of features will be essential as my brokerage \& agent program grow.  I think it's important that this takes precedent in order for QF to be flexible to different brokerages' sizes and procedures

> Overall, I've had an extremely positive experience with Quote Factory.  The issues that I would like resolved are, for the most part, quality of life issues that I hope to see over the next year.

> **Pros**: Quote Factory TMS software has an easy to use platform with documentation management as invoicing, bill of lading pallets tags created for you for each shipment which made time saving.

> **Cons**: The rate that are provided within the TMS system is not the best compared to other Transportation Management Systems. This is a weak point in the system that companies do not recognize until after using their platform. Their platform doesn’t provide shipment numbers for carriers like ForwardAir, Day Light Transport you have to reach out to support to obtain this information compared to other platforms.

They were completely instrumental in getting my independent brokerage off the ground. After a year in, they provide the same level of continuous support. They take all feedback seriously and continue to improve. Looking forward to continuing the partnership and SO glad I chose QF\!
