> **Pros**: This is a really helpful tool indeed. We always felt like our way of shortlisting 'MAY BE losing out' on candidates who were great but got filtered out to RESUME reasons and our lack of ability to interview all of them.

> **Cons**: I wish there was a better way to include a VIDEO or some response from US as well. So that there was a FACE to our company that they were at least hearing from before they start to give in their responses.

> In a country like India where we function, the no. of people that apply to a job posting is in the hundreds and thousands sometimes. Using this tool helps us shortlist better and not feel like we are losing out on potentially good candidates. Saves our HR team a whole lot of time on scheduling in all these interviews as well.

The most important, CNAME or Whitelabel feature for us as an employer is very helpful that boosts the confidence of the candidates while interviewing. This option helps us to make the system load under our own domain.

> **Cons**: I believe there should be options to disable the quick help option and cookie consent for the interview page. The interview page should be simple with no other options that distract the candidate. These options should be given under the employer or admin account and should have options to turn them on and off. Also, there should be options to add our chat option and the ability to set custom CSS on the page to meet the brand identities.

> My experience is positive and we usually use Xinterview weekly or 2 or 3 times a month depending on the hiring that's ongoing within our company or within the sister companies.
