> **Pros**: LoadPilot was extremely easy to use. It was developed by a truck driver turned broker, so it has all the essentials. Load Pilot also has lots of explanations for each field to make sure you are using the software properly.  Overall, LoadPilot had good value for the cost and I would recommend this software to anyone that is new to brokering.

> **Cons**: LoadPilot was very basic and did not have many bells and whistles. It was also missing key integrations with popular carrier onboarding websites and quickbooks.

> I greatly enjoyed using LoadPilot as a smaller brokerage. As the business scaled, we needed something to grow with us. If I could do it again, I would choose Load Pilot in an instant for the start up days\!

> **Pros**: Every time we bring a new employee in, we make them sit down and watch the LoadPilot teaching videos for about an hour and that's it. They catch on real quick. The company is really good at adding a function like a report that we can now run with a click of a button. Very responsive people.

> **Cons**: I really can't think of any negatives about this software. It's exactly what we need to run our freight broker business.
> 
> We never have to enter customer information into it after the first time. We use the carrier database that comes with it all the time. We can post our loads to all our load boards by clicking a button. I always know what the agents are doing and LoadPilot keeps them from screwing up. I can also run all the reports I need and keep track of all our carrier's insurances. And there's a lot more. It's got all the features we need.

> **Pros**: It's easy for a new agent to learn to use. It gives us almost everything we need to run the brokerage. Loadpilot was the best software we tested for the price with a very short learning curve. The support has also been good to us.

> **Cons**: Once in a while something stops working. A couple of times we had trouble getting our loads to upload to the load boards. Nothing too serious yet and they mostly get it fixed in a day or two. They also add new things now and then that we don't really need.  But I'm sure somebody really wanted that stuff and they were probably pleased as punch.

> We've been using Loadpilot for about 2 years now. It helped us get started and we still use it as we grow. It's a very good software and we're on it all day long.
