> **Pros**: Let me just say: if ShopView's "Reports" page were a person, I’d buy them a drink and a cookie. This thing is the MVP of my workday. The number of features that this beast unleashes is mind-boggling.&#10;&#10;What I like best (aside from the fact that it doesn't make me cry like Shopmonkey used to) is how it lets me track "technician efficiency" in a beautiful, job-by-job, line-by-line symphony of productivity. You pick your date range, you get your data, and voila—numbers\! Useful numbers\! In formats that don't make you want to throw your computer into the river.&#10;&#10;It doesn’t stop there. The “advisor analysis” tab does the same magic for service advisors. It’s like ShopView handed me a crystal ball for team performance, only it’s not mystical—it’s just shockingly well-designed software.&#10;&#10;Gone are the dark days of building Franken-sheets in Excel, manually dragging formulas across columns. Now I just click a few buttons, export in the format of my choosing (Excel, maybe a stone tablet if they add that next), and boom—clarity.&#10;&#10;In short, ShopView's Reports page is the best thing to happen to my workflow since the invention of Ctrl+Z. Bravo.

> **Cons**: Right now? I’ve got nothing bad to say about ShopView. Zilch. Nada. It’s the software equivalent of finding fries at the bottom of the bag—unexpectedly delightful and exactly what you needed.&#10;&#10;It’s genuinely filling a big gap in the industry. Before this, we were stitching together data like medieval monks with spreadsheets. Now, it’s just point, click, export, done. I don’t even get the chance to scream into my monitor anymore. And I miss that a little. But I’ll get over it.&#10;&#10;If I had one tiny suggestion—make it free. Completely, 100% free. I mean, if you’re already changing the game, might as well go full superhero.

Seriously, this thing is saving me time, money, and probably a few remaining brain cells. I was able to pick it up quickly and start working more efficiently that very same day. It’s made a big difference in how smoothly my day goes.

> **Cons**: I really don't like that it took so long for our company to start using shopview, when we had heard about it a long time before we launched it. This isn't a problem of shopview itself, but maybe extra reviews will help people like our upper management make the right choice sooner.

> It just works, it does exactly what you want to do, exactly when you want to do it. Whether you need to toy with work orders in the middle of the night due to having feral children, receive invoices on the weekend and do an inventory recount during the closed hours, it doesn't matter. It's always ready for you.

> **Pros**: I like how fast it loads in the browser, how there is a scheduler built into the software and how the techs are always clocked into a job.  On top of this I like how the invoice is created, it helps my work look more professional to my customers which gives me the confidence to charge a little more for the work I do or at least collect what I quote. I like how the parts are put into the system as well and I can manage an inventory.

> **Cons**: Every once in a while there will be a glitch in looking for my work orders as they don't show up in the search window but they do in the work order list. I do hope as well that they move the scheduler to a format that is easier to see everything in the shop at one glance and move things around. It's there it just could be easier.

> The ShopView team has been great in taking feedback, making changes and adapting the software to make sure that it is exactly what I need. It seems like they are doing anything they can to be better than the other guys we used to use at other shops.
