> **Pros**: Captures all scopes of emissions and we can trust the accuracy of this. Dedicated account managers who go above and beyond to help. Connects to Unleashed which makes data capture a lot easier.

> **Cons**: I don't have any cons on the Zevero side, the only negative when we first joined was that the data upload was manual however they've upgraded the platform in recent years to add AI into this process. It's now very quick and easy.

> We've been using Zevero for 4 years and it has been a great investment. The team and the platform make a complex topic easy to understand and digestible, with clear guidance and an intuitive interface. We've seen a fantastic return on investment and I'd highly recommend Zevero to others looking for a carbon accounting tool.

> **Pros**: I appreciate how easy it is to work with Zevero. Everything is very much simplified to a point where people without prior knowledge of carbon accounting should be able to navigate the platform as well as upload necessary data. Even if one does not have prior knowledge, Zevero is there to answer any questions and clear up any confusion. Lastly, using Zevero is great because they act like an auditor, so you know when you use them then your carbon footprint will likely be very accurate.

> **Cons**: From a personal point of view, I’m not thrilled that Zevero uses AI. While it certainly makes things much easier from both our end and their end, I personally have gripes about the impact of AI on the environment, individuals, and society.

> Working with Zevero has been a breeze. We came in having difficulty with calculating our Scope 3 emissions and Zevero made it very simple to complete this calculation. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Divy who has made my life a lot easier in this regard, and it’s one less thing that I have to worry about.

Sustainability is still sadly a voluntary activity in the UK and we have to work hard to justify additional business costs

> **Pros**: The platform is clean, user-friendly, and not clunky at all. The dashboard is especially well designed — it’s easy to navigate, visually clear, and makes the data simple to understand at a glance.

> **Cons**: The platform relies heavily on data being available from our ERP system. When that data isn’t accessible or doesn’t integrate smoothly, it results in a significant amount of manual data entry. This can be time-consuming and reduces some of the efficiency the platform is designed to provide.

> My overall experience with Zevero has been great. The platform is clean, user-friendly, and provides clear visibility into our CO₂e emissions, which helps us identify where to focus our reduction efforts. Having real-time access to a dashboard and ongoing insights is a huge improvement compared to our previous system, where we simply handed data to a consultant and waited for a report.

While the platform does rely heavily on ERP data—and can require a fair bit of manual entry when that data isn’t available—the quality of the platform and the level of support more than make up for it. The Zevero team is incredibly helpful and always on hand when we need assistance, which makes the overall experience very positive.
