> **Pros**: Newton is extremely flexible and user-friendly. It covers all aspects of entity management, including shareholder register, structure charts, different kinds of boards, compliance tracking, documents, bank accounts, financial information, and much more.

> **Cons**: With more than 5000 entities, certain reports become a bit slow, but still acceptable.
> 
> My company uses Newton for more than 10 years now. It is still surprising how fast it adopts to new business requirements. I think there is no other product that has such an extensive API.
