During my initial days of having access to the platform, I struggled to navigate around. Moreover, although a support representative is assigned to the account, they do not walk through the platform which was a bit odd to me. For instance, for some charts it is tricky to automate with certain time periods, which is hugely frustrating as it should be quite simple to add, and would make a good template, perfect\!
