> **Pros**: This tool gives myself and my team easy access to remote into our servers as and when needed from offsite. The built in MFA and security feature set are welcomed giving me the confidence to utilise this tool for server access.

We are currently looking at deploying this to staff devices to allow ease of access for our support team when troubleshooting a device that may be offsite.

> **Cons**: Nothing major has caused us to dislike it, we've had a couple hiccups with certain features not working from time to time but these always seem to be fixed relatively fast.

> My experience is very good with the software, it has made the task of being off site and needing to connect to our school infrastructure much easier and a cheaper solution to others I have used.

> **Cons**: Some of the Android support is in the early stages, but it seems that new devices are being added all the time.
> 
> Really positive, it just works with the minimum of fuss and in relative terms is pretty cheap because of the flexible concurrency.
