> **Pros**: The UI/UX is well designed and the workflow for Visitor Pass approval is simple, the Visitor Pass can be used in Digital format or a print can be taken.

> **Cons**: Thinking about least I liked about visitor flow software is that the reports are in excel sheets, I would like if they also offered a pdf format.

> It has been good so far we have used the trial version before moving to paid plan, the service from the support was excellent\!
