> **Pros**: From an operations perspective, Travelity is an absolute lifesaver. We can assign guides,
drivers, and vehicles directly to each service and avoid conflicts and double-bookings. Having the ability to upload and access important documents related to each booking – from guest passports to agreements – in one place has made our internal coordination much smoother. For me it’s absolute plus that it has team management feature and permission system that lets me assign tasks and control who sees what, which is crucial in a growing team.
