> **Cons**: I didn't get any notification about the "running out of time". in the verbal interview I got sufficient time, but in the exercise part I didn't get any time notification, hence I couldn't finish within the time.

> **Pros**: The AI recruitment feature provided by Micro1 is an excellent product, saving precious time and resources of the businesses, regardless of their size. This helps quickly filter suitable and potential candidates, making the efforts of hiring more focused, rather than haywire. Recruitment is a tiring, crucial job and plenty of times it feels hopeless with hundreds of applicants expecting quick response as well as a chance to showcase their caliber. With Micro1 entering the picture it has made the entire recruiting process simpler and productive - starting from e-mail responses, easy and clean UI, setting up the interview to the point where the candidates get evaluated based on their scores. The entire recruitment process was smooth. There were couple glitches (elaborated below) but I am pretty sure they can be resolved.

> **Cons**: Nothing to dislike but only to improve. They are as follows:&#10;&#10;1. At one instant the AI recruiter feature (in my case ZARA) skipped my response even without any audio / text response dropped by me. By the time I tried speaking it went to the next question.   &#10;&#10;2. When we pause to read through the question after it’s been asked by the AI recruiter, the interview timer is still active. This creates a pressure on the response that we deliver, impacting our score. For someone who knows his/her craft well enough but doesn't know much about expressing it through precise words may lose their chance to get hired. It’s understandable that great communication skills are needed while working remote, especially for leadership roles, and so the speaking skills matter the most. Agreed. But I strongly believe that it’s still secondary, as the capability to deliver the work within deadlines or as per the client's requirement is always the key to successful business and collabs. Even the top guns in the industry stutter while presentation as it’s a part of human nature. Plenty of other factors apart from that, like - Busy schedules, work pressure, mental-physical health, surrounding environment, etc. factors may impact the performance during an interview.&#10;&#10;Point is: I feel during an online AI-based interview, while thinking/analysing the best suitable response for the asked question, before sharing it with the recruiter, there can be a button labelled "Thinking" / “Buffer” / "Analysing" or something similar, which allows the AI to understand that the person is trying to think for the best suited way to respond and needs some buffer time to pause-evaluate-frame their responses. You must be thinking "Why so? This will stretch the interview unnecessarily”. Well, it’s an online AI interview. The only one losing their precious time here is the Applicant, not the Recruiter. Because the questions asked by the recruiters are technical and not everyone focuses much on remembering each and every stage of their work by heart. Especially for artists who expect freedom, instead of focusing on what exact name would be of the tool they focus more on getting their creativity out, delivering their tasks without dwelling into the details of the technicalities. They love freedom of expression and are not technical nerds to remember each and everything exactly point to point. Yes\! It matters to remember your process but not point to point with exact terminologies or tool names. That’s pure robotic micromanagement. At the end the only thing matters is successful deliveries.&#10;&#10;Conclusion: Kindly consider adding the button or some other helpful feature.
