> **Pros**: Super responsive\! Not only do I get to talk to REAL human support, but my issues/feedback are implemented within a few hours to days.

Also, they support both korean and english customer support in case you prefer to speak in korean.

Now, I'm waiting for the scheduling feature to drop for more flexible class attendance tracking.
