> **Pros**: The product is really easy to use.  Additionally, the AI interviewer and scorer are a huge help and time saver for recruiting.

> **Cons**: The one downside is that it currently does not allow us to post directly to job boards.  This would remove one more step from our process.

> **Pros**: What I like most is that I no longer have to chase candidates or ask when they can come in. The entire scheduling and interview process is automated, which saves a huge amount of time and frustration.

> **Cons**: The only thing I would like to see added is onboarding functionality. Having tools to help train and guide new hires after they’re hired would make the platform even stronger.
