> **Pros**: Ce que j’aime le plus avec UP’RH, c’est la facilité d’utilisation. Le portail est intuitif, les collaborateurs comme les managers s’y retrouvent facilement, et tout est centralisé. Les workflows sont personnalisables, ce qui permet d’adapter l’outil à nos propres process internes. J’apprécie aussi beaucoup la réactivité d’Arketeam : on a toujours une réponse rapide.

> **Cons**: Au début, il faut un petit temps pour découvrir toutes les fonctionnalités. Mais une fois lancé, ça facilite vraiment la vie. (Formation 1/2 journée)

> Mon expérience globale est très positive. UP’RH allège clairement la gestion RH et fait gagner du temps à tout le monde. L’outil est fiable, complet et évolutif. Et surtout, l’accompagnement d’Arketeam est un vrai plus : proche, disponible et efficace.
