> **Pros**: I like the ease of use of the interface. It is simple, intuitive and gives me all the features I need as a small technology company owner to keep track of my finances. I can easily invoice my customers, manage payroll and make payments. 
The user management interface is especially useful to me as I can assign roles and manage role based access control to the account. As a CEO, this is very helpful to me as I can delegate financial responsibilities easily, make my employees accountable for their duties and also very importantly give my employees a simple user interface to perform their business banking related duties easily and effectively, thereby driving efficiency, job satisfaction and a work-life balance.

> **Cons**: I think the minimum balance requirement for a business credit card is quite high. This not only discourages me to continue having a credit card but for a small business like mine, I have to keep a close eye on the cashflow to not default on the minimum balance. This additional pressure is not something that I need while trying to grow my business.

I have been able to operate my bank account with ease while travelling abroad and my customers find it very easy to pay me through the simple invoicing and payment integration that Mercury bank provides. I am very happy that I chose Mercury for my banking needs.
