> **Pros**: it is user friendly and easily adaptable to Seafood industry. The user interface makes the system easy to navigate and helps prevent a lot of confusion.

> **Cons**: Would like to add users without the need of an email to track work and labor costs.  
Some people refuse to use personal email for work, and some companies limit number of email addresses issued to employees.

> Have worked with several other somewhat expensive CMMS systems and they are not as user friendly, and the navigation/integration of their system can be cumbersome.  FreeMaint is very user friendly, flexible, and is setting the standard as the Best CMMS system available.
