It makes clocking into jobs very simple since you don't have to go run around and find what you're supposed to be working on. Data collection has improved significantly, it's basically resolved all of our part counting issues. > > **Cons**: The development process leaves much to be desired. It seems just about every update reintroduces a previous bug which we opened a ticket to get fixed. Program loading has been especially painful to deal with. In the past week I think we've opened 3 or 4 tickets about it not functioning correctly, in the past it would get fixed and then about a month later something else would go wrong and they would undo whatever change they made, it makes it seem like there is a lack of end-to-end testing of the product which is very frustrating. The visibility and data the system provides have been instrumental in helping us elevate performance and make informed operational improvements. The implementation itself was smooth and integrated seamlessly into our existing environment, allowing us to realize value quickly. Real-time access to meaningful data has strengthened our ability to make timely, data-driven decisions across the operation. We began with 10 machines and, following a successful initial rollout, expanded the system to 24 machines. Based on the results we have seen, we fully expect to continue expanding the system further.
