> **Pros**: Great customer support. Easy integration from our previous system. Easy to use. Communication and follow up tools are very user friendly. Thorough payment management. Easy to use scheduling.

> **Cons**: The things that we liked least were timely addressed by customer support and were changed according to our specifications and desires. We have not had an dealings with cons. Cons were turned into solutions.
