Connector Pricing

Standard connectors are priced at $15 per month per connector.

A connector represents the integration between Data Connector and a specific software platform such as a CRM, marketing platform, accounting system, or other SaaS application.

One of the key advantages of our pricing model is that a single connector covers all of your accounts for that platform.

For example:

If your company has 1 HubSpot account, the cost is $15 per month

If your company has 5 HubSpot accounts, the cost is still $15 per month

If your company manages 100 HubSpot accounts, the cost remains $15 per month

This makes Data Connector particularly cost-effective for agencies, consultants, and multi-brand organizations managing many client accounts.

In addition, we do not charge per user or per seat. Your entire organization can use the platform with unlimited users included at no additional cost.

Premium Connector Pricing

Some software platforms charge Data Connector significant monthly fees to access their APIs or to legally offer integrations with their systems. When the cost to provide a connector ranges from $100 to $1,000 per month, we classify these as Premium Connectors.

Premium connectors are priced at $150 per month per connector.

This pricing reflects the cost required for Data Connector to provide the integration while keeping our platform accessible and sustainable. Even with these higher-cost integrations, the same advantages apply:

Unlimited users within your organization

No additional platform or seat charges

Data Transfer Pricing

In addition to connector access, Data Connector charges based on the amount of data transferred through the platform.

Data transfer is priced at:

$2 per month per 1 million rows of data transferred

This row-based pricing allows customers to scale their data pipelines while paying only for the data volume they actually move. Whether you are transferring small datasets or millions of records, the pricing remains straightforward and predictable.

Unlimited Accounts and Users

Unlike many data integration platforms, Data Connector does not charge based on the number of connected accounts or the number of users accessing the platform.
