How pricing works

Each property you add to Nowistay can be subscribed individually. This means you can start with one property, see how it works, and add more as you grow. You're never paying for features on properties you don't need them on.

Plans

Nowistay offers two main plans per property:

Guide Plan — 10 EUR per property per year. Includes digital welcome books with rich content editing, multi-language support (15 languages), image and video embedding, and shareable guest links. Perfect if you want to give guests a professional check-in experience with house rules, local recommendations, and property instructions.

Assistant Plan — 9 EUR per property per month, or 90 EUR per property per year (save 2 months). Everything in the Guide plan, plus the fully autonomous AI co-host. The AI handles all guest messaging across Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and email — without you needing to review or approve replies. Also includes channel manager with OTA synchronization, automated cleaning mission creation, team coordination, smart lock integrations (Nuki, TTLock, iGloohome), automated message scheduling, and guest identity verification.

Every new property gets a free trial so you can test all features before committing. No credit card required to start.

Usage-based costs

Some features have small per-use charges billed monthly:

- Guest identity verification: 2 EUR per completed verification. Only charged when a guest successfully completes ID screening. Billed at the end of each month.

- WhatsApp messaging: A small per-message fee applies for WhatsApp delivery. Billed monthly based on actual usage.

These usage costs are invoiced separately through Stripe at the beginning of each month for the previous month's usage. You can track all charges in your Stripe billing portal.
