> **Pros**: Started using Scrapebadger after Reddit killed unauthenticated JSON access in June. Every other tool I was using just stopped working overnight. Scrapebadger was already updated and running while competitors were still figuring out what happened. The API is clean, documentation is solid and the endpoint coverage for Reddit is genuinely good: post, comments, subreddits, search, all there.

> **Cons**: Support response time can be slow, sometimes up to 12 hours due to time zones difference, as they are based in Europe. Not a dealbreaker since they always resolve the issue, but worth knowing if you need something urgent sorted quickly.
