The Free plan includes voting boards, threaded comments, default status workflow, page-level configuration, email notifications for new posts, CSV import, REST API access, embeddable widget in open mode, and Google OAuth for staff sign-in. There is no time limit, no credit card required, and no feature crippling that pushes you toward a trial. The Free plan is intended to be genuinely usable, not a demo.

Pro — $20 per month or $200 per year, per workspace
The Pro plan adds anonymous posting and voting, custom post statuses (rename, recolor, reorder), public changelog with voter notifications and RSS, public roadmap, post grouping and post labels, media upload on posts, custom branding (remove the Feedbakery badge), activity log, multi-channel notifications (Telegram, Slack, Discord, HMAC-signed webhooks), HMAC-signed widget authentication, server-to-server partner keys, hide dates from public view, and multi-language support with AI-powered translation across 20 languages.

Annual billing saves roughly two months compared to paying monthly.

How workspace pricing works

A workspace is a single feedback environment for one product, service, or feedback context. Each workspace has its own plan. If you run two products and want them on separate boards with separate identities, that's two workspaces. Each workspace is billed independently, so you can keep one on Free and upgrade only the one that needs Pro features.

You can create unlimited workspaces. There is no platform-level account fee, no minimum seat count, and no fee for adding additional staff members to a workspace. Staff invitations are unlimited on both Free and Pro.

What "no per-user fees" means in practice

Most feedback platforms (Canny, Featurebase, UserVoice, and others) charge based on tracked users — anyone who votes, comments, or submits feedback counts toward your bill. Costs typically scale from around $79/month to $579/month or higher as your customer base grows. With Feedbakery, your bill stays at $20/month or $200/year per workspace whether you have 50 active end users or 500,000.

There are no usage caps on votes, comments, posts, notifications, or API calls under reasonable use. Rate limits exist for abuse prevention, not as paywalls.

Upgrades, downgrades, and changes

Plan changes are self-serve through your workspace billing page. You can:

- Upgrade from Free to Pro at any time
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing intervals
- Downgrade from Pro to Free (Pro features become unavailable, but no data is lost — settings revert to defaults and can be restored on re-upgrade)
- Cancel a Pro subscription with a grace period through the end of the paid term
- Resume a cancelled subscription before the grace period ends

Plan changes are synchronized in real time via webhooks from the payment provider, so feature access updates immediately on upgrade and at the end of the grace period on cancellation.

Payment provider and invoices

Billing is handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles tax calculation, VAT/GST collection where applicable, and currency conversion. Invoices are available in your billing dashboard with full transaction history. Supported payment methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other Paddle-supported regional methods depending on your country.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact support directly for refund requests.

What's not charged extra

The following are included in the Pro plan price and never billed separately:

- End-user accounts (no tracked-user fees)
- API requests under reasonable use
- Email notifications

Enterprise and custom plans
