> **Pros**: I looked at many other CRM sites before deciding to go with Twib. I was looking for a basic system that was very easy for my first time users out in the field. Other systems were much too complicated and costly for the simple things I was looking for to get started. Along my learning of the system, I found the WhatsApp chat very helpful and everything I questioned was fully very promptly. Because I have people in my team that speak two different languages, they even added a section in the menu for admin to see what language the client speaks so we know who in our team is able to do a follow up meeting. This has become a valuable tool. This system has helped us greatly in being able to finally track what or staff are doing and logging how they spend their days when you can't see what they are doing like an office environment. The best thing is the minimal cost for a small business like ours just starting off, it allows us all the things we need without paying for bigger systems that a small team does not need. Well done Twib team, you have made our lives much easier now that we can also do reporting on all our staff and monitor their progress and visits of both old and new clients.
