When assistance is needed, our representative Aaron is always there. I do like the different phases/status and the easiness to add/remove people to loan packages. I also like that when I create a shortcut in my internet browser, the shortcut stays regardless of the status of the loan.

> **Cons**: It takes sometimes too many clicks on s documents to just open it, especially when coming back from another screen. Sometimes it takes too long to load. I also don't like that I need to edit the hyperlinks every time I copy a link since they are too long.
