Avant de passer sur Welya, on utilisait WebinarJam. 

L'outil est connu, mais on avait des bugs récurrents : mauvais messages envoyés aux mauvaises personnes, segmentation approximative entre ceux qui avaient vu l'offre et ceux qui ne l'avaient pas vue. On cherchait une solution fiable pour corriger ça, améliorer l'expérience client et maximiser la conversion.

On a découvert Welya, on a testé sur un premier webinaire — et honnêtement, c'est top \!

Ce qui m'a frappé, c'est que l'outil a clairement été conçu par des gens qui font des webinaires et qui comprennent les contraintes des agences. L'API est exceptionnelle — mon développeur no-code vous le confirmera. On a accès à absolument toutes les données : qui clique sur l'offre, qui achète, les conversions en direct, les stats du replay, la segmentation par comportement, l'historique du chat... Tout y est.

Concrètement, ça nous a permis d'aller chercher des appels et des ventes supplémentaires grâce aux relances, et surtout de mieux optimiser chaque webinaire sur la durée.
