The Cycle Plan keeps the $50/month base and adds $3 per active reviewer per month. Add this when you are ready to run reviews in Peasy HR instead of exporting and chasing people elsewhere. That covers self-assessments, manager drafts, 360 feedback, calibration, and sign-off. You only pay for people in a running cycle. When no cycle is active, the reviewer charge is $0.
