> **Pros**: The live rooms board is the main one. Housekeepers on their phones and reception on the desktop are all looking at the same list at the same time, so we've stopped doing the "is 312 done yet?" walk up five flights of stairs.

Tasks get set for every shift, so people know what they're meant to be doing without someone standing over them and nothing gets dropped on a changeover. Reception runs it as the Windows app on the desk PC rather than a browser tab, so the board is just up on screen all day.

Maintenance reporting has been the other one. Staff log the fault with a photo the moment they see it instead of telling someone who tells someone else. Between that and the room board, our staff WhatsApp group has more or less died off, which I consider a win on its own.
