I've used a few EHRs (Titanium, SimplePractice, and Penelope) and Clerie is, by far, the most intuitive. I'm an MFT and it works really well for couples and families as well as individuals. I really like how assessments from all family members can be shown on the same chart allowing me to compare scores from family members. AI takes care of most of the busywork of practice management, allowing me to focus on what I'm good at- working with my clients. I really like that there aren't hidden costs like there are in SimplePractice. You pay the monthly fee and all of the features are included. I was a little worried about using AI in my practice, but the way Clerie is set up AI never does anything without me approving it. AI has been the most helpful with managing insurance reimbursement. It did most of the busywork of getting me set up to send claims, check eligibility, and receive ERAs. If you want an EHR that is simple to use but powerful- Clerie is it. > > **Cons**: It is a new platform and I've been using it since the beginning.
