- **Pricing Details**: Jugendcampplaner uses simple per-participant pricing with no subscription and no license fees. You pay per actual participant, per camp, and counselor/staff accounts are always free and unlimited.

THREE PLANS
- Standard (EUR 1.00 per participant): participant management, unlimited staff accounts, attendance tracking and exits, event management and documentation.
- Plus (EUR 1.30 per participant): everything in Standard, plus kitchen duty planning, courses, guest lists, beach watch, quiz and name games, team wiki and activities.
- Pro (EUR 1.50 per participant): everything in Plus, plus staff expense reports, driving service reimbursements, night watch logs, reports and priority support.

BILLING
A minimum of EUR 39 applies per camp. Invoicing happens after the event ends, based on the actual number of participants, so organizations never pay in advance for no-shows. Payment by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit. Plans can be upgraded at any time, and the modules used are billed after the event is completed.

For a camp with 100 participants, the total cost is EUR 100 to 150 depending on the plan, regardless of how many counselors use the system. A product demo is available on the website.
