> **Pros**: It enables every team member to book their own rooms meaning I don't have to anymore\! I was wrangling with a spreadsheet, making bookings for 25+ counsellors. This was so double-booking and accidental deletions did not happen. I only work 2 days a week but booking requests would come in outside of those days so I never really switched off. It also meant that people wanting the rooms would have to wait for me to do it before they could confirm appointments.

> **Cons**: Nothing really. It does exactly what I need it to. I did worry about the cost being too low but after using the free trial I was really surprised by how good it is.

Within a week of setting it up I forgot all about the spreadsheet. My time is my own again. The team are using it really easily - the only time Doris bothers me is if people book a room that needs approval (a great and necessary feature though).
