> **Pros**: he route optimization and mobile accessibility are absolute game-changers. Before using Pool Service Hub, managing daily maintenance routes and keeping track of water chemistry logs across multiple properties was a massive administrative headache. Now, our technicians can update chemical readings (chlorine, pH) and task statuses directly from the poolside via the mobile app, keeping the office and field perfectly synchronized. It has drastically cut down our planning time.

> **Cons**: Initial learning curve for legacy team members. Some of our older field technicians who were accustomed to traditional paper logbooks took a little extra time to get fully comfortable with the digital interface. However, the system is so intuitive that after a brief onboarding period, everyone adapted quickly. More custom reporting export formats would also be a nice addition in future updates.
