> **Pros**: Le zéro commission sur les commandes change vraiment l'équation par rapport aux plateformes classiques — sur le volume qu'on fait, ça représente une économie significative chaque mois. L'app mobile pour gérer les commandes (accepter/refuser, impression automatique des tickets, gestion du menu et des ruptures de stock en direct) est simple à prendre en main pour toute l'équipe, pas besoin de formation poussée. Le support est réactif et français, ce qui aide beaucoup quand on a une question urgente en plein coup de feu.

> **Cons**: L'app admin est pour l'instant uniquement disponible sur Android, ce qui peut être limitant pour les équipes équipées d'iPhone. La configuration initiale du menu demande un peu de temps au départ, surtout si on a beaucoup de références avec options et extensions. Ce sont des points mineurs comparés au gain global.

> On utilise OrdraFood depuis plusieurs mois pour la commande en ligne et la gestion quotidienne des commandes, et le changement par rapport à notre solution précédente est net : moins de frais, plus de contrôle sur nos données clients, et un outil pensé pour de vrais besoins de restaurateurs plutôt qu'une usine à gaz. L'équipe est à l'écoute des retours et fait évoluer le produit régulièrement.
