Organisation platform — £12.00 per month. One flat fee for the organisation workspace, including unlimited Hub users. Office staff, managers and reviewers do not consume a licence. Includes a seven-day trial.

Guard verification — one-time, per guard. £27.50 where the organisation's own reviewers make the screening decision, or £37.50 where Tech Guarding performs the human review. Charged only when a guard is actually verified.

TechGuard app seat — £6.99 per month, per enabled user. Assigned only to officers who need the field app for shifts, patrols, proof capture and incident reporting. The first five seats are free for the whole trial, and seats are never charged automatically — an organisation buys them deliberately.

All prices include VAT. Because unlimited Hub users are covered by the platform fee, the monthly cost tracks the number of officers actually deployed in the field rather than total headcount.
