> **Pros**: The transaction management platform is completely free, allowing us to replace our legacy system. It also automatically splits commissions and generates CDAs, which is convenient.
> 
> **Cons**: The platform does not include built-in real estate forms, so you will need to upload your own. Our TC manually splits the full offers for now. However, their team said they will implement a PDF splitting tool in the future.
> 
> It is an ideal platform for small, independent brokerages looking to minimize overhead costs. Their Engage CRM and email marketing tool is also relatively low cost and looks like it could be a good tool for our agents.
