> **Pros**: We love the immediate response we get from the Pearspark team when we would like new features or we have new ideas about how to serve our teachers and families. Nearly all other student information system and platform companies have gotten so large, every customer is just a cog in the machine. PearSpark allows us to constantly innovate and build together to meet the specific needs of our campus and school. There is no other platform like it on the market.

Even though the system is small compared to other SIS systems, it has all the functionality that I need as a school leader.

> **Pros**: As a school leader and parent at a hybrid school, I love that Pearspark works well for both home and campus learning. It helps us communicate daily assignments and grades clearly to parents, and it makes cataloging our library and posting grades simple. The customer service and flexibility have also been great.

> **Cons**: I don’t have any major complaints. The only drawback is a short learning curve at first while getting familiar with all of the features and settings.
