- **Pricing Details**: Velarya is one platform for booking, payments, clinical charting and consent, memberships, loyalty and a client mobile app. Every plan includes the full clinical layer, so there is no add-on to unlock for charting or consent.

Two self-serve tiers: Essentials is free and puts your clinic inside the Velarya app, at any number of locations, with up to 10 service providers included. Signature is $499 a month and gives you your own branded iOS and Android app under your clinic's name, with unlimited providers and additional locations at $199 a month each. Enterprise is custom-priced for larger or multi-brand organizations that need API access, SSO and a dedicated success manager.

Paying annually saves roughly a month's cost on Signature and waives its one-time $1,500 app build fee. Every plan is month to month with no contract, and most clinics get free data migration and 1:1 onboarding.
