- **Pricing Details**: Spheyas is priced per organization, not per user. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited clients, so adding your accountant, your partner, an assistant or an external bookkeeper never changes what you pay. All amounts are in US dollars.

Free — $0, forever. Twenty finalized documents a month, with the full accounting behind them: invoices, bills, quotes, expenses, the general ledger and every report. Unlimited users and clients. One branch. Documents carry Spheyas branding. Customer document sharing is included. No credit card is required and the plan does not expire. Only finalized documents count toward the monthly limit — drafts never do.

Standard — $12 a month, or $120 a year. Everything in Free, with the monthly document cap removed and your own branding on PDFs and the customer portal in place of ours.

Premium — $29 a month, or $288 a year. Everything in Standard, plus unlimited branches and regions within the organization, customer portal messaging and acknowledgements, organization-wide activity logs with export, report export to CSV and PDF, and priority email support.

Annual billing works out at two months free on either paid plan.

Paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no questions asked.

Spheyas is in early access and billing has not started yet, so every plan is currently free to use. The prices above are what each plan will cost when billing begins, published in advance so nothing changes unexpectedly.

Managed bookkeeping, where we keep your books for you rather than you doing it in the software, is quoted separately.
