> **Pros**: The tracking of the Rigs location in the northeast region of the united states

> **Cons**: How they up the price for your annual subscription without letting you know then when you try to cancel because the price is extremely high for what you use it for they tell you that there is a 90-day cancelation policy that they did not send to you but you can find it on there page.

> the subscription is not worth the price and they hide the price of the annual subscription till they send you the invoice and to get clarity of why it is more expensive this year its $2,385 last year was $1,908.00 I cant seem to get.  poor all the way around\!

> **Pros**: I only used the weekly rig report which was originally a Rig Data subscription.
> 
> **Cons**: The constant price increases and no added value for my uses.
> 
> I chose not to renew my subscription owing to being seriously over priced.  Accounts receivable will not recognize that I am no longer a subscriber and keeps billing me even though I do not receive email links to the product I used.  Now they threaten "action" for non-payment.  I have a long email thread with them in which I make it clear that I did not authorize a subscription renewal and will not pay for services not received.
