Its not user intuitive.
 Its too large of a program.
Its not beneficial as  911 first responder reporting software.

> Our department recently switched to Ambupro to try to be more compliant with our state reporting requirements and to have sole ownership of our collected data.  We have been using the product for approximately 6 months and have had multiple problems for the end user. We are a one station department that takes approx 7500 runs a year. To say that this reporting system is cumbersome is an understatement. The program is so big  that it uses almost all the processing capability our computers have causing multiple screen freezes and locks up multiple times a shift requiring multiple reboots. This is even after pouring thousands of dollars into newer faster hardware. The user interface is overly complicated and not user intuitive at all.  The program requires you to basically run multiple passes over areas because certain data fields wont open up until other data is put in other fields. It took members over 1-2 hours to write a report that would take 15 mins when we first received this program. This program has created so much stress among our members that some have left our department citing this program as one of there reasons for doing so.
