It stops them from going rogue and buying stuff from random websites. The Mobile App, a lifesaver for expenses. Being able to snap a photo of a receipt at dinner and toss the paper away immediately is the best feature. Invoicing. I love that a vendor literally cannot get paid unless they have a matching PO. It forces everyone to follow the rules. > > **Cons**: Suppliers complaints.The "Coupa Supplier Portal" is great for us, but annoying for them to log in just to submit an invoice. > > Honestly, my feelings on Coupa are a bit of a mixed bag, but mostly positive in the end. We moved from a messy system of emails and spreadsheets, so having everything in one place is a huge relief. I finally know who is spending what before the bill actually arrives, which makes my job way easier. That said, getting there wasn't fun. The implementation took longer than we expected, and getting our non-techy staff to actually use it correctly was a struggle. It’s not something you "pick up" in an afternoon. But now that we are over the hump, I can’t imagine going back to the old way.
