For example, the system automatically pulls the date you entered the item, not the agenda date, and lists that as the agenda date in emails. This has caused panic when someone thinks their item date has passed or was entered incorrectly. The system has also paused the approval process at least twice, halting the process until someone figured it out and restarted it. These are minor issues, but ones that cause concern. > > For large scale government agencies, the platform is helpful. I can see how centralizing work is more efficient and clear than massive email chains. Having the document saved in one place so there's no worries of version control is amazing.
