> **Pros**: It's easy to use and download information into our credit scoring models

> **Cons**: Information is sometimes out of date and customer financial information was not available for many privately owned companies.

> DNBi provided basic data which was used for a high percentage of our smaller customers.  Credit reports are easy to access and available for companies throughout the world.

> **Cons**: The searching functionality is a little tricky.  For example, if you search for ABC Company, LLC it might return nothing but if you put ABC Company LLC it will return something. It's like the commas and spacing can make it so you don't get results.

> We use this software to better understand the risk profile of our clients. It helps us to immediately learn about who they are paying on time, if they have ever been late, and other material information related to the company.
