That was probably the biggest selling point. I’ve used much more complicated systems, and I didn’t want a CRM that required me to spend half my time managing the CRM. LACRM is simple, straightforward and does what I need it to do. I can see where every search stands, keep track of candidates and clients, and find the information I need without digging through layers of unnecessary features. Is there an occasional feature I wish it had? Absolutely. But I’ll take a system that I actually use every day over one with 100 features I don’t need. And whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve gotten help from an actual person who knew what they were talking about. The name is pretty accurate.
