> **Pros**: It is easy to use, and I was able to customize everything specifically for my business without having to pay someone to do it. I also like the intake form that I was also able to set up on my own and use it with my website. The pipelines and opportunities were also easy to set up. In addition, it is an excellent value compared to other systems I looked at. The other systems were too complex and were not easy to use. There are so many great features that make LACRM very easy to use.

> **Cons**: I wish I could send an email to a group (such as lenders) for my deals directly through the system without having to use a 3rd party. I am currently using another system to do this. If this was possible, it would help a lot since I use LACRM for everything else.

Anything I didn’t find desirable, which is just really how it displays visually in certain views, I could probably customize the program if I just took the time. I really love the program and can’t recommend it enough.
